Coolibah Medical Centre was opened in August 1994 by Dr Frances Cadden and it was not long before this busy 5½ day service required the assistance of two more full-time Doctors. At present, we have 5 doctors and a visiting diabetic

educator, we also have Western Diagnostics located next door.

My Medicare

My Medicare is a voluntary patient registration system that aims to formalise the relationship between patients,

their practice, GP and primary care teams. Registering in MyMedicare will tell your general practice that

you see them as your regular care team and this will help us to provide you with better care. You’ll be

able to access longer telephone telehealth consultations with any GP at your registered practice.

When you register in MyMedicare, you and our practice will receive access to new benefits to help us deliver

more of the care you need. It’s free and voluntary to register in MyMedicare, and registration is open to

Australians with a Medicare card or Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Veteran Card.

How to Register

Registration is now open! Full details are available on the MyMedicare website.
